It’s time to celebrate Children’s Book Week, May 4-10, 2015. Children’s Book Week was established in 1919, and is the longest-running national literacy initiative in the country. Some suggestions on how you can celebrate:
- Re-read your favorite children’s book and recapture the magic.
- Read to a child and share the magic with them.
- Donate a children’s book to a non-profit group that supports literacy.
